The Energy Heart Sutra

Here’s a link to the meditation I recorded! it’s the Heart Sutra but I’ve added some of my own interpretation to it. I really just changed one word – I added the word Energy. In fact, I substituted Energy for Emptiness. I think it’s just a modernisation, an update. because it is amazing how the Heart Sutra’s concept of “Form is Emptiness, Emptiness is Form” matches so well with quantum physics and how Everything is Energy and how Energy is Mass times the speed of Light, squared.

I updated it, because this is the interpretation that I hear in my mind. Not only is Form=Energy, but that Energy is Love. That’s my biggest addition to physics. And, I observe that with Love as the fundamental energy of the Universe everything else falls into place. It answers as the Grand Unifying Force. It fulfils the Grand Unifying Theory. (Now, please give me my Nobel Prize.)

My Life Between Two Songs

It feels like my life is poised between two particular songs right now. As I tell you about them, I really want to encourage you to get yourself some playlists – Power Playlists as I like to call them. I invite you to build your own out of songs that give you jolts of encouragement. Choose songs that get you to where you need to go. Not just where you’re apparently heading – but where you truly wish to go.

My best example is the playlist I came up with when I first got my driver’s license. Playing it in my car helped me when I was a new white-knuckle driver, especially when driving on highways and at night.

That list features a combination of songs by India.Arie, P!NK, and Eminem. Don’t ask me! I can’t fully explain the mix. But, I’d be in my car blasting P!NK’s “So What” (I’m Still a Rockstar!). Oh, and “Tightrope” by Janelle Monae!

These songs helped me at night to get from the rooftop parking lot above the train station – to my driveway at home – with joy and a bit of an attitude. I don’t care what anyone says, which I guess just emphasizes how personal a Power Playlist can be.

The India.Arie song “I Am Not My Hair” featuring P!NK is a whole mood. Plus, it turns out that some of the lyrics are from a poem by Rumi – the amazing Sage of Love!  It felt like an extra benediction to have his words flowing around in my car.

There’s another list I had for late nights in the office which included everything from Danny Kaye and Louis Armstrong singing “When the Saints Go Marching In” from the movie The Five Pennies, to Miley Cyrus’  “It’s The Climb”. Seriously, Miley Cyrus from the Hannah Montana years. I mean! But, it worked. And, if it works and it’s positive – work it!

Where I am right now? I’m between two songs. One of them is by Rihanna. It’s the song Sledgehammer. I keep returning to it. I especially pull the video up on YouTube. I put it on full screen and dim the room lights – movie theatre style.

I discovered Sledgehammer when I was creating a new power playlist to give me courage for my writing. I needed it so badly – to do this: write for my website and step out into the public world. Out of hiding. I wasn’t even looking for that song.

The playlist was going to be based on the movie A Wrinkle In Time. The soundtrack with the song “Warrior” by  Chloe x Halle, and “I Believe” by Demi Lovato featuring DJ Khaled light me up every time. The movie talks my experience of Love, The Universe, and Physics so much!

Visually, the thumbnail pics on YouTube had similar production values, visual qualities, or something. One resembled the others in some subtle way. So I had to click on it and check it out. As a psychic, the synchronicity is fitting and profound. Love can call you. Love can lead you forward.

This search led me to the video of Sledgehammer. It’s attached to the movie, Star Trek Beyond. So apparently, I completely slept through this when it came out a few years ago. My apologies to Ms. Rihanna and my compliments and thanks to Miss Rihanna, too. That song is powerful for me. Rihanna even appears as some kind of cosmic Energy Worker in her video. LOL! Sing my life! I Stan! Most of all, I recommend it wholeheartedly to people who are taking on a massive challenge. And especially for those healing from the effects of Childhood Sexual Abuse or any other kind of meanness that’s touched their lives.

There’s an early line in the video where she stares right at the camera, singing: “What could I do to change your mind? Nothing.” For me, it sums up the moment that a criminal chose to hurt me and looked me right in the eyes. We both knew they were making a voluntary choice. Since the villain was in my family and “circle of trust” – it’s the moment when all bonds were broken. Betrayed. Destroyed.

But here are the other lyrics that most surprisingly uplifted me, and I offer them to you:

“I can survive a life that’s without you. And I will rise up from the ashes now…I was bracing for the pain…I gathered all my strength and I found myself whole. I hit a wall, I thought that I would hurt myself. Oh, I was sure your words would leave me unconscious…on the floor, lifeless. But I hit a wall. I hit a wall, and…Watched. It. FALL. You’re just another brick and I’m a SLEDGEHAMMER.”

When I first started writing this post, the second song was “Because of You” by Kelly Clarkson. I’d never heard the entire song, just a snippet from a commercial. But whenever that commercial came on, I’d nearly get neck pain from my head whipping around to stare at the TV screen. The first time I heard the whole song was just now, in looking it up for this post!

Do you know it? Kelly sings: “Because of you I never stray too far from the sidewalk. Because of you, I learned to play on the safe side so I don’t get hurt.” That phrase has been enough for me. SMH. Someone understood enough to put it in a song. I’m sharing about it now because it’s taken me months(!) to write this post. I’m slowest when the writing means a lot to me and the difficulty is reflected in those lines.

There was a part of me trying to keep me safe. I respect that. But it shouldn’t have been necessary. Along with Sledgehammer, it’s one of the two songs I guess you could say I dedicate to my biological father, and it’s not a compliment Arthur. These are just accurate descriptions.

And, I’m glad that there is a new happy song to replace Kelly’s for me, now. That’s no dis. It is proof that I – and others like me can move onward. I am wishing that progress for all who’ve known blocks, bricks, sorrows, challenges. Part of a Journey is not all of a journey.

And so, the other song? It cracks me up laughing! It’s still big in rotation for me. The song is “Prince Ali” from Aladdin as performed by Will Smith and company. Of all things, Smh.

I can’t quite explain it, but believe it or not it shocks me that this song makes me cry a little bit, too. Can you imagine? Prince Ali?!  How ridiculous is that?! I’m guessing you’ve seen it because the video has over 85 Million views on YT! By the time he says “A bunch of monkeys!” My eyes are leaking. Maybe it’s a joy overload. I think it’s also because when I see Will Smith performing it in the video, I am struck – with all due respect – by his thoroughly adorable “ahs”: the no final “r” in his Philadelphia accent. And, that reminds me of his entire story – or as much of it as I know. Or, at least the trajectory of his life: boldly expressing himself, believing in himself enough to be large and joyful with his life so that it led him to such a perfect role.

As a Mom, I feel touched by how much he looks like his daughter Willow, especially before his huge turban bursts into glittering confetti. Don’t his eyes even look lighter, like hers? I think it reminds me of how his journey went on to include a next beautiful and brilliant generation. And, how can any of us see the added beauty we’ll bring into the world when we are just starting on our journeys – or in the middle of them? Keep going!

Finally, there’s Will Smith’s body language. Especially that part at the end after the sultan gives him the go-ahead for that last verse and chorus. I just love how his body language inspires me to see us all being that way: with arms flung wide open and as fully tall as we are, and as joyful as we can be. Wouldn’t it be nice to have the world welcome and enjoy us being our best selves, too!

So that’s where I am – poised between Sledgehammer and Prince Ali!  Who knows what’s next?

May you find music and media of all kinds to create power playlists that nourish and comfort you along on your own precious journey. May you be your very own best self and positively expressed in the world. May the music even remind you that someone (me!) is cheering for you and wishing you love, healing, and joyous fulfillment.

Auset On…Einstein

I don’t always agree with Albert Einstein. But when I do, it’s when he says things like the following direct quotes. And, YES – these are relevant for you as new or Active Intuitives, as Everyday Psychics, Light-workers, and Members of Humanity’s powerful next evolutionary step forward.

Einstein says:

I must be willing to give up what I am – in order to become what I will be.

The world we have created is a product of our thinking.

If we want to change the world We Have to Change Our Thinking…

It takes a touch of genius – and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction.

The woman who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd.
The woman who walks alone is likely to find herself in places no one has ever been before.

Don’t wait for miracles, your whole life is a miracle.

We must learn to see the world anew.

Every cell has life. Matter, too, has life; it is energy solidified.

I like to experience the universe as one harmonious whole.

Our Separation from each other is an Optical Illusion.

Matter is energy…energy is light…We are All Light Beings.

We are slowed down sound and light waves – a walking bundle of frequencies tuned into the Cosmos. We are Souls dressed up in sacred biochemical garments, and our bodies are the instruments through which our souls play their music.

How many people are trapped in their everyday habits: part numb, part frightened, part indifferent? To have a better life we must keep choosing how we are living.

Our task must be to free ourselves…by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

There are so many things that are beyond our understanding.

The religion of the future will be a cosmic religion. It should transcend a personal God and avoid dogmas and theology. Covering both the natural and the spiritual, it should be based on a religious sense arising from the experience of all things, natural and spiritual, as a Meaningful Unity.

How many people are trapped in their everyday habits: part numb, part frightened, part indifferent? To have a better life we must keep choosing how we are living.

Our task must be to free ourselves…by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Do you believe in miracles? Well, you should. In fact, life itself is a big miracle.

There are so many things that are beyond our understanding.

The religion of the future will be a cosmic religion. It should transcend a personal God and avoid dogmas and theology. Covering both the natural and spiritual, it should be based on a religious sense arising from the experience of all things, natural and spiritual, as a Meaningful Unity.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. The really valuable method of thought…is intuition. More than anything else, this new century demands new thinking: We must change our materially based analyses of the world around us to include broader, more multidimensional perspectives.

Compassionate people are geniuses in the art of living, more necessary to the dignity, security, and joy of humanity than the discoverers of knowledge.

Compassionate people are geniuses in the art of living, more necessary to the dignity, security, and joy of humanity than the discoverers of knowledge.

There comes a point in your life when you need to stop reading other people’s books and write your own.

Have the courage to take your own thoughts seriously, for they will shape you.

Creativity is intelligence having fun!

Creativity is inspiration having fun

Creativity is seeing what others see and thinking what no one else has ever thought.

There comes a point in your life when you need to stop reading other people’s books and write your own.

A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new!

Failure is success in progress!

In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity…

Remember today, for it is the beginning of always. Today marks the start of a brave new future filled with all your dreams can hold. Think truly to the future and make those dreams come true.

I am sharing Einstein’s words with you in the hope that they may give you courage and comfort on your Journey. May they help you start living as a Light Being who sees with a Multidimensional Perspective; and actively uses your sacred Intuitive abilities.

– See your whole life as a miracle and our supposed Separation from each other as the Optical Illusion it is.
– BE willing to give up what you think you are – in order to become what you can and will be. Some of your limits are artificial.
– Value your Intuition, see the world brand new, and experience yourself as the cosmic, vibrational being that you really are.
– Embrace the new thinking which goes beyond the old material and mechanical view of the Universe to start living in the broader, more multidimensional understanding of reality.
– Remember that today is the start of your brave new future as a Genius of Compassion whose best dreams come true – while you share in joyfully bringing Humanity a world of dignity, security, and Meaningful Oneness.

I am sharing Einstein’s words also, because it is a great pleasure and general blessing when someone “important” says something that’s actually useful and even beneficial!

I was inspired to compose this post during February, African American History Month, in the warm reflection on the fact that Albert Einstein took a proudly AntiRacist stand with African Americans on numerous occasions, including his acceptance of an honorary degree from Lincoln University in PA, one of the very first Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)’s.

As he delivered the commencement speech at Lincoln University, Einstein pronounced: “There is separation of Coloured people from white people in the United States…That separation is not a disease of Coloured people. It is a disease of white people. I do not intend to be quiet about it.”

By the way, I refer to Einstein speaking in the present tense because according to him, according to physics, all of time is happening “now”! As he says, the distinctions between past, present, and future are all just a stubbornly persistent illusion.

This is me, actively freeing myself from illusions and delusions, a Multidimensional Light Being embracing post-materialist thinking. I invite you to do so, as well. Because I don’t intend to be quiet about it.

And now, it’s time for me to get back to writing my own book!

Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind: Contact Has Begun (2020)

Article as first posted by

Do You CE5? Did You See CE5?

Dr. Stephen Greer’s CE5 movie, Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind: Contact Has Begun is a necessary masterpiece. And for me, there’s an added gem inside this gem.

Just like his movies Sirius Disclosure and Unacknowledged – the two movies which led up to it – CE5 serves up what we need. It is like a spoonful of powerful medicine: essentially delicious because it is full of hope for our amazing future. There are also bitter truths to take in, in order for us to heal.

The CE5 movie accomplishes three main tasks:

  1. It encourages everyday people to reach out peacefully as direct Citizen-Ambassadors of Earth to the space traveling community of advanced civilizations.
  2. CE5 tells us how to do it – how to communicate via Consciousness to those advanced Cultures, along with the science that supports and validates the method. It shares how using our Consciousness with Peaceful Intent – focused outward beyond Earth and applied right here, among ourselves on Earth is an impressive flex. It’s an elevation of Humanity that qualifies us for total First Contact and a seat at the galactic grownups’ table.
  3. This movie tells us also who on Earth is blocking our access to the stars. I call these co…smic blockers the last dinosaurs of the Military Industrial Complex – or “the MIC”. At this point it’s more than just the military. It includes Big Pharma, Big Agriculture, Big Prison, Big Oil, Big Finance, Big Media… Goodness and have mercy! To me, the MIC means the Multiple Industrial Complex!

Let me just spell this next part out, because there’s so much money and fun to be had in clearing this path to our future!

Don’t worry “MIC”! If the MIC wants its riches…then it’s failing to see the supermassive wealth to be made from an “open” earth – and a peaceful, healthy Earth. They’re so focused on amassing Trillions of dollars They don’t grasp the easier Septillions of dollars to be gained from cleaning up petrochemical damage and graduating us to cleaner, cooler, faster technologies.

The same applies to our toxic agricultural and pharmaceutical approaches to food and health. It is frankly surprising that they miss how much new money can be made from cleaning up our old messes, educating for peace, justice and Oneness – and refocusing our armed services into action-ready national services in response to disasters, reversing climate damage, upgrading infrastructure, and peaceful space exploration. I don’t expect humans to give up greed. I’m just saying if you’re going to be greedy. Be Smart Greedy! (Not Dumbfk Greedy!) I mean!

If it’s more power that the MIC wants…then their oligarchs are cheating their own kids out of the exponential, interplanetary levels of power and Royalty-level Hero worship they can have by leading us into a peaceful economy and expansion into a spacefaring society. I find that especially surprising.

By the way, expanding off-world will reduce the pressures of overpopulation. There will be opportunities elsewhere and rich new markets opened. Am I being too subtle? I’ll just say it: Billions of people believe the-powers-that-be want to kill off huge parts of humanity – to steal their real estate and other assets, and because they just don’t value their lives. With imminent expansion into space, they just won’t need to. AND…off-world Human communities will be a rich market for trade goods and tourism. Plus! A pretty and peaceful Earth will be a fabulously lucrative attraction for “Visitors”. Clean hands and a Clean Earth = High Efficiency.

These ramifications of CE5-ing and achieving an advanced, open Earth are what make this movie so important. To me, it’s a masterpiece of good intention, clear communication, and solid scientific evidence.

And About That Hidden Gem:

The movie’s hidden gem is summed up in the illustration of the scientist Adam Michael Curry’s Houseplant RNG experiment with randomised lighting. (Find it at minute 50:04.) Spoiler Alert! It shows that there is consciousness in all things. Even in potted plants. Really and truly.

This reinforces that through our Consciousness, we t00 can affect the Universe we are part of. And, we can communicate locally, and with our very extended family across the Universe.

It confirms the most modern science and the scientific wisdom of our Ancestors and “Animists” in nearly every pre-Colonial, traditional culture. And, of course, it points out our path to being truly, brilliantly at home among the stars.
